Our ingredients

Our soy :

Our soybeans are farmed organic ally by specialized producers in the Valley of Touch (31) who have created a cooperative to guarantee the supply of a quality soy for human consumption. All the soybeans we use are guaranteed GMO-free, laboratory-certified at 0.01%. We only work with soy seasonally to guarantee you a high quality organoleptic.

Our white rice :

Our rice is grown in Italy by the producers on the Po plain.
This plain which stretches between the river Po and the pre-Alps, has an area of 46000km², and receives the melt water of the Alps which irrigates the rice crops.
This water guarantees a healthy and quality bioculture.

Our brown rice :

Our brown rice comes from the same geographical area as our white rice.
It is cultivated in Italy by the producers on the Po plain, which stretches between the river Po and the pre-Alps and receives the melt water of the Alps in order to irrigate the rice crops.

Our barley :

Our barley is grown, like our white rice and brown rice, on the Po plain in Italy.
We use a pearl barley because it has no husk.
We are currently looking for a “made in France” organic producer of barley who can supply us with pearl barley.

Our chickpeas :

Our chickpeas are grown, like our white rice and brown rice, on the Po plain in Italy.
We are currently looking for a “made in France” organic producer of chickpeas that can supply us.
